The Grove City Welcome Center and Museum, 3378 Park St., is featuring a brief history of the Grant-Sawyer family and home, a salute to our Civil War and Revolutionary War men, including a collection of cobbler items including tools, shoe stretchers and a four-foot rope made up of antique shoe buttons. Native American artifacts found near the Haughn Farm in Grove City are also on display. The D.A.R. will be putting a display in for Constitution Week for the entire month of September.  Our big addition is the new Gold Star military wall remembering the men from Grove City that gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to the country.  These are the new displays at the museum. We still have emergency services, household items, business on Broadway in the vault, Beulah and the 100-year history of the library on display.  Parking is free and there is no admission to visit the museum.
