Grove City Town Marshal A. L. Willing felt the daytime robbery at the First National Bank in 1926 was going to be the last ‘big crime’ the village would ever face.  Unfortunately, in 1936 the bank was robbed again and Federal agents, according to a May 29, 1936 issue of the Grove City Record, arrived in town spending a day at the bank completing their investigation.
